                             CONDITIONS FOR HIRING 

PRICE: The price indicated includes all the charges, including taxes and electricity

HEATING : electric radiators at the first floor
wood (fireplace in the kitchen) and gas at the ground floor

RESERVATION: deposit of 25% of the amount of the hiring

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE : at arrival in the house, at the same time as the cheque of guarantee

GUARANTEE : 500 €, returned after the inventory at exit

CANCELLATION:
- by the tenant: - before the arrival : the deposit remains due to the owner
- if the period is curtailed : the price of the hiring is not changed except in case of agreement with the owner;
- by the owner: this one reimburse to the tenant the double of the deposit.

DATES AND HOURS : arrival on Saturday 14 h and departure on Saturday at 11 h (possible adaptations).

INVENTORY AND HOUSEKEEPING: an inventory is established at the arrival and at the departure. Housekeeping has to be done by the tenant during and at the end of the hiring. Possibility to ask Mrs. Caillard to do the housework after your departure providing a payment of  70 € for a complete housework (option highly advised for a short duration renting)

INSURANCE: The tenant is responsible for the damages occurring of his fact.

BED LINEN and HOUSEHOLD LINEN : Take care : only the blankets and the pillows are provided. The tenant must bring its own bed-sheets, pillowcases, hand towels... (width of beds : see at the description of the house)

PETS: dogs and cats are accepted, yet not in the bedrooms nor in the gaming room (must stay outside or in the kitchen). The dogs of the tenants will have to be carefully supervised or attached (the fences who delimit the park do not prevent the animals from passing).
